My wife Angela and I moved from Milwaukee to Burlington about 7 years ago. We bought an old 1948 house on Brown's Lake. We wanted to remodel it and put an addition on for more space. We did not know a soul here let alone a reputable contractor. My wife drove around the Lake multiple times to gather all the names of contractors doing work on houses on Brown's Lake. One name stood out loud and clear. Bob Riggs Construction, Inc. There were signs everywhere. I said "Lets go with Bob Riggs. It looks like everybody else on the lake is using them." Bob and Brian Riggs were so easy to work with within our budget. If there was something we needed changed it was done in a reasonable amount of time and always to our satisfaction. One of the most gratifying things about the entire project is that they exceeded our expectations. They went beyond the drawings and added a flare of creativity that we did not expect. We have these sixteen foot high vaulted ceilings that we did not know we were getting or were in our budget. The entire Bob Riggs Construction, Inc team works so well together. The various contractors accommodated all our last minute changes right on the spot. If we could not decide on something they would share their thoughts and ideas for remedying the aspect of the project. We have a few more projects we will be starting in 2026 with the Bob Riggs Construction, Inc team. We highly recommend the Bob Riggs Construction, Inc. team for all of your home projects. When looking for builders to tear down a cabin that had a lifetime worth of memories and to have them build one that will give us the opportunities to create another lifetime more, we knew from our first meeting with Bob and Brian that they were the ones. Their foundation of their company seems very "family-driven". Their contractors are like family to them. They only work with the best and most reliable. Every detail was looked at. Anytime we felt there might be an issue we received a response within minutes acknowledging our message and a gameplan for what to do about it. It was divine providence when we found BRC...
Everyone else we contacted wouldn't take the job, the job being a new roof, windows, siding, electrical work, garage door and enclosing our front porch. BRC to the rescue!

When Jeff and I decided to do an addition and major remodel/updates throughout our home, I knew without hesitation who I was going to call – Bob Riggs Construction.
We have known Bob for many years, he also built our home back in 1997, so we were very aware of the quality of work they do. Bob, his son Brian, and the subcontractors were all great throughout the entire project. Bob and Brian kept us well informed/updated throughout the entire process.
Our new four seasons room is beautiful with all the windows – what a beautiful view we have. I know it is Jeff’s favorite room. My new kitchen is a favorite gathering spot with the large island. I have never had such a large pantry. I can’t say enough about my master bath remodel and my large walk-in shower.

Our family recently moved to Burlington from California. When we asked around for home remodel recommendations, Bob & Brian Riggs were at the top of the list. From our initial meeting to our final walk-through, the entire experience has been positive and professional.
